Our core offerings include: Furnace Repair, Emergency Furnace Repair, Gas Fireplaces, Furnaces, Air Conditioning, Humidifiers, Air Cleaners, HRVs, Tankless Instant Water Heaters, Boilers, Water Heaters, Ductless ACs, Solar systems, equipment repairs and services.
Our Mission is one of continuous improvement in our methods and response to our customer needs through a cooperative effort stressing QUALITY, SERVICE, and INTEGRITY.
Our teams possess technical excellence and a great understanding of the needs of our clients and their homes. Ultra Comfort technicians are NATE and TSSA certified.
We provide residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. Our service warranties are guaranteed for one full year.

Furnaces
Modulating high furnace Is like highway driving, making slight operating adjustments while achieving maximum efficiency.
This new condensing furnace with a modulating gas valve operates with more finesse to reduce temperature fluctuations, providing consistent indoor temperature, quiet operation, and an annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) of 98.2%.

Central Air conditioners: The efficiency of air conditioners is often rated by the Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER). The higher the SEER rating of a unit, the more energy efficient it is.
Air conditioners with 14.5 seer rating and higher are eligible to receive government rebates.

Tankless Water Heaters heat water only when you need it. So you save money and reduce waste by not heating and reheating the same tank of water. Tankless water heaters are placed in-line like a conventional tank-style heater. However, it does not continuously heat a tank of water that is waiting to be used. When opening a hot water tap, or starting the dishwasher, the Rinnai tankless water heater recognizes the need for hot water and starts the heating process.

Humidifiers: Maintain your home’s most comfortable humidity level automatically with a Whole-house Humidifier. Proper humidity provides a more comfortable living environment at a lower temperature, so you can turn down your thermostat for energy savings.

Air Cleaners and purifiers have a drastic effect in the air quality of your home. In order to keep your house both warm during winter, and cold during summer, sealants make your house air-tight.

Full service Duct Cleaning encompasses the entire forced-air system, from each register and return down the duct lines to and including all main duct lines in the ceiling of the basement. Finally, the air handling side of the furnace is cleaned to remove any loose dirt and debris from around the air conditioning coils, exterior of heat exchanger, blower compartment and the plenum.

Heat recovery ventilator (HRV) can help make mechanical ventilation more cost effective by reclaiming energy from exhaust airflows. HRVs use heat exchangers to heat or cool incoming fresh air, recapturing 60 to 80 percent of the conditioned temperatures that would otherwise be lost.

Fireplaces are either direct vent or inserts.
Direct vent fireplaces are designed to be vented directly out the outside wall.
Inset fireplaces are designed to be inserted into an existing wood burning fireplace. A chimney liner is required to be installed with an insert fireplace.

Our Core Story

Healthcare the way it should be

Until June 2016, Orianna Health Systems was known as Covenant Dove. The company’s guiding principle was simple: provide the highest level of quality and compassionate care. While we have evolved and experienced a great many changes over the decades, we have remained intensely focused on this principle while expanding our organization s core values to be at the forefront of the ever-changing needs of the healthcare industry.

A vision of change

In this day and age where it has become increasingly difficult to receive a personalized level of care, Orianna Health Systems is committed to a holistic, patient-focused care model that aims to surpass our patients needs and expectations with empathy, and compassion, dignity and integrity. We strive to be the provider of choice, and the employer of choice for today and into the future, attracting and retaining the best and brightest, for an even better tomorrow. These beliefs are deeply engrained in the fabric of our culture. Our lives, and those of our patients, are nourished and enriched by creating positive change in every life that we touch.

Leading by example

We are unwavering in our belief that quality and compassionate care has the power to transcend the walls of our centers. At the heart of our company is a team of healthcare professionals with decades of hands-on experience across the continuum of care. Our associates are industry leaders, skilled and dedicated caregivers, innovators, problem solvers, and visionaries. They are role models at home, at work, and pillars of their communities.

MEDIA PACK 2011/2012

Editorial

CNBC Business is a monthly business magazine that covers – and discovers – the most interesting entrepreneurs hatching the most innovative business models within the most dynamic sectors.

From Apple to Zecco, we have reported on a huge array of gamechangers during the past few months and have carried exclusive interviews with green investment guru Vinod Khosla, Juno founder Chris Hughes, Foursquare’s Dennis Crowley, PayPal and Slide.com’s Max Levchin, Layar co-founder Maarten Lens-Fitzgerald, Y Combinator’s Paul Graham and Seedcamp’s Saul Klein.

Whether it is Dimitry Kotenko, who is trying to make Siberia into a leading solar powerhouse, or Saad Mohseni, who is piping TV talent shows into houses in Afghanistan, CNBC Business talks to the headline-makers before they make the headlines.

And just as important as unearthing business talent, we identify the next business hotspots. We have looked at the future telecom giants of the emerging markets, the various attempts to clone Silicon Valley, and the most creative business hubs in Europe.

Rounding out each issue of the magazine is the Pursuits section, which informs readers on ways to enjoy their downtime, with hotels, motoring and gadgets reviews and sports, culture and style crib-sheets. With such a focus on innovation, enterprise and investment, delivered in print and online, CNBC Business delivers the link to – wherever you are.
