  • Partnership – Certificate of Registration of Partnership. Partnership Agreement (if available)
  • Corporation – Articles of Incorporation. Certificate of Registration of Business Name (if available)
  • Association – Articles of Association (if available)
  • Formal Trust – Trust Agreement
